We had an amazing stay at Tenuta Santo Pietro in Pienza. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and were always ready to help. Bertina and her team were incredibly patient and helpful, especially with my wife who speaks Italian. They even made the coffee just the way she likes it - perfecto! Despite the less-than-perfect weather, our 5-day stay was absolutely wonderful. We can't wait to return next year.
Everything was fantastic! 🌟

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was conveniently situated close to the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about the city and recommendations for restaurants and activities. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
There were a few negative aspects that affected our overall experience. The options were limited and lacked variety, especially when it came to eggs and bread.

Excellant building and restoration results from the 13th century era. Excellant location to surrounding areas of interest and terrific staff, including their own chef! :-)
Difficult to find any faults!

The location is great, as is all the sttaff including the owner who helped us with plans, restaurant reservatios, maps and whatever we needed. The room was most comfortable. The only problem is that i would have liked to stay a month instead of just a few days. I would definitely go back.
Everything was wonderful

The property is beautifully maintained with marvelous gardens and a lovely pool. The rooms are traditional and cozy, and I loved the authentic Tuscan style. The staff, including the owner Giuseppe, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Giuseppe was a wealth of knowledge about the area, recommending great places to visit and dine. The location was perfect, situated between Pienza and Montepulciano, making it convenient for day trips. I especially enjoyed biking and hiking in the breathtaking Tuscany countryside, with Giuseppe providing great routes. an amazing experience.
Nothing to be said. 👍

The food here was amazing, especially the "El-dante" pasta. The breakfast spread was the best I've had in Italy. They also make their own good Chianti wine. The setting is beautiful, with a stunning view overlooking Pienza. The staff at the Villa were incredibly kind and helpful. They offer various activities like cooking classes and wine tours. The owner went out of his way to provide personal attention.
We felt completely happy during our stay, with nothing to complain about.

Good location, comfortable room. Comfortable beutifully furnished sitting rooms. The owner was very helpful giving advice on places to visit etc.
Although the quality of the food in the evening was good we felt the manner in which it was served could be improved upon.

The rooms at Tenuta Santo Pietro are absolutely amazing! The marble bathrooms make you feel like royalty, and the premium bedding ensures a good night's sleep. Plus, the free WiFi and air conditioning are a bonus for modern comfort. I loved every moment I spent in my room, it felt like a luxurious retreat.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the views from some of the rooms. But hey, I know that everyone has different preferences, so others might still enjoy them.

Nice room Convenient location Power shower Nice swimming pool area
Lack of luxury toiletries Lack of tea/coffee making facilities Intermittent internet connection A fridge in the room would have been useful An honesty bar would also have been a nice touch Breakfast wasn't briliant - lots of starchy food - more healthy options would have been good Lounger cushions left out in the rain - couldn't be used

I had an incredible stay at a charming property in the Tuscan countryside. The cottage I stayed in was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered fresh eggs. The staff were delightful and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Pienza and Montepulciano. And the views from the pool were absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The outside patio could use some improvement in terms of decoration, and there was some dishwashing noise that could be heard during dinner.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in Tuscany. The value for money was great, with comfortable rooms, a stunning pool area, and lovely communal spaces to relax in. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially with our toddler's severe allergies. They even provided custom, delicious meals for us. We were also grateful for the recommendations they gave us on things to do in the area.
The breakfast could have been improved with more variety.
